随着对肝脏生理学认识的扩展和深入，我们对于肝脏血管系统在肝脏疾病的发生、发展中所起的关键作用的理解也在逐渐加深。肝硬化引起的肝窦改变不仅影响肝病的进展，同时也会产生连锁反应，扰乱身体其他部位的循环。近年来，EASL致力于对这一主题的全程跟踪，支持推进相关研究的联盟和合作，并出版了EASL失代偿期肝硬化管理的临床实践指南（2018年版）。

 

本届EASL大会在肝硬化和并发症领域，将继续跟踪探索血管变化与肝硬化之间的复杂关系，并重点讨论门脉高压症的治疗 。8月30日上午10-11点，我们将特别邀请到天津市第三中心医院韩涛教授团队做客“EASL大咖直播间”，针对以下专题报告进行盘点和精彩解析：
